1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on certain items under the following conditions:
Original Paintings

All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of original paintings, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Prints

You may return prints within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 'Contact us' section of the website

Include your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
