This study captures the moment a cow and her calf first meet,The mother pouring her gaze onto the calf, subconciously pulling it towards her, she's desperate to investigate her new charge. The calf, however has that typical look of total bewilderment and shock.It's cold outside of mum and they usually hit the deck in a slippery heap, it takes a few minutes to get to grips with being born. The next big obstical is getting it 'up and sucking'.
